Organisation

The company operates as a procurement, storage and distribution entity.

The company has a Board of Directors (BOD) made up of the Chairman, other Directors and a Board Secretary. The Board is the highest decision making body of the company and is responsible for the broad policy formulation of the company. It will also exercise the strategic planning functions and periodically review the performance of the company. There is a Chief Executive Officer who is responsible for executive functions of the company. He is assisted by functional and technical managers.
