Mr. Dan Kofi Okudzeto
The Chairman of the Board of Directors of Oilchannel is Mr. Dan Kofi Okudzeto. Mr. Dan K. Okudzeto has over 20 years of executive level management and entrepreneurship. He is the founder of Oilchannel Limited.
Mr. Benson Nutsukpui
He is a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Ghana and a partner of Kunyehia and Nutsukpui, Legal Practitioners and Notaries. He held the position of the National Secretary of the Bar Association, Ghana and was one time its National Vice-President. He is also the Chairman of Ben & ED Investments Limited.
Mr. Sebastian Dick Kobla Nukpui Gavor
Sebastian is a graduate of Ghana Business School (School of Administration), University of Ghana, Legon. He graduated with Bsc. (Hon.) (Accounting Option) in 1976. He is a Fellow of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants ACCA, UK, and an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (Ghana) ACA.
Mr. Gavor has an enviable record in Accounting and Auditing, consulting internationally for Central Banks, Governments, the World Bank, IFC, KPMG, Ministries, Banks and Private Companies in Ghana. He owns two companies that have specialized in developing accounting solutions and software development. His employment record began with Bank of Ghana in 1977, where he worked until 2000.
His knowledge in accounting and the skills he employed on the job earned him a rise to the position of Director, Budget and Accounts Department of the Central Bank.
Gavor has many publications on Accounting and Auditing to his credit. These include Basic Intermediate Accounting Vol. 1&2, Government Internal Audit Manual, Internal Audit Training Handbooks, (1.Nature of Internal Auditing, 2.Scope of Audit, 3.Audit Independence, 4.Audit Committees, 5.Relationships and Staff Training, 6.Operational Standards, 7.Management of Risk, and 8.Internal Control).
Sebastian is a highly experienced and motivated individual with a track record of great accomplishments.
Mr. Elliot Okudzeto
Elliot holds BA Degree in Law and History from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. He also holds MBA (Management) from Durham Business School in UK. Elliot holds several other certificates including E-Business Management certificate from the London School of Economics, International Oil Trading Certificate from the Petroleum Economist Energy Training, London and International Oil Trading Certificate from CITAC, Tema. Elliot joined Allied Oil in 2000 as Operations Assistant and through dint of hard work, he rose to the position of Business Development Manager. He has been instrumental in the phenomenal growth of the company.
His strength is in brand development, exploring opportunities for investment and operations, development of new business opportunities, intelligence research and market analysis.
The focal strategies he adopted involved the development of company-owned stations as against dealer-owned stations; vertical integration, exploring organic growth and enhancing relationships with stakeholders.
