Introduction
Oilchannel Limited was incorporated in Ghana on July 20th 2009 in accordance with the Companies' Code of Ghana, 1963, Act 179.
Oilchannel is licensed by the National Petroleum Authority as a Bulk Distribution Company. It is specifically licensed to carry-on the following business activities:
- Bulk Distribution of Petroleum products
- Import and Export of Petroleum Products
- Operate a Petroleum Tank Farm
- Trading, Transportation and Storage of Oil
Products
